I founded Retire With IMPACT after witnessing first hand the challenges that many successful professionals face when transitioning to retirement. I saw that, despite financial security, so many people struggle with questions of identity, purpose, and meaning once they step away from their careers.
At the heart of Retire With IMPACT is my IMPACT Model, which I developed over my 20-year coaching career. The Model is a comprehensive framework designed to address the psychological aspects of retirement, which are so often overlooked by traditional retirement planning.

Since its inception, Retire With IMPACT has helped high-achieving professionals navigate the complex psychological terrain of retirement. My approach goes beyond financial planning to address the deeper questions that emerge during this significant life transition: Who am I without my career? How do I create meaning and purpose? What legacy do I want to leave?
