In the last session, we explored conversations with others. Now we’ll look at the ones you have with yourself.

Recognise its impact on your retirement — Understand how inner dialogue influences key areas of your life, such as relationships, and your ability to seek opportunities or face challenges with confidence.
Identify ways to turn it into a conversation with IMPACT — Choose powerful changes in how you talk to yourself, such as a shift in mindset, that support your retirement goals and strengthen your ability to thrive.
