As with your first questionnaire, there are no right or wrong combinations of qualities or characteristics — and no right or wrong scores. However, in my experience:
Mostly low scores (1–3) tend to make a significant, positive difference.
Mostly medium scores (4–7) tend to make little or no difference.
Mostly high scores (8 and above) tend to make things worse.
Looking at your scores, what do they say about your conversations with yourself? How might they explain the existence and persistence of any difficulties in your retirement planning or life, or your consistent ability to make progress?
In the Conversation Strategies lesson, we’ll look at strategies for maintaining what is working well in your self-talk and what needs improvement.
